Luna Jewelz only ships within the United States using ground shipping via Fedex, UPS or USPS depending on the order.

Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday thru Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or a public holiday will be processed on Monday or the next business day.

** PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY IT MIGHT TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED!**

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. You may be asked to sign for the packaged upon delivery.
We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the
carrier's website.

Free Shipping 
Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes. 
However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
